Booking online couldn’t be easier, to find a holiday you can either use the search box at the top of this page or directly from the homepage - if you’re less sure what you’re looking for then try the ‘Destinations’, ‘Experiences’ or ‘Inspiration’ Tabs above.
Once you have found the Chapters Experience Holiday for you, simply click the ‘Book’ button next to your chosen departure date, follow the on-screen instructions and make either a deposit or full payment using our secure payment system. You should ensure you read and understood our Booking Terms & Conditions before you proceed to this stage.
If all the parts of your chosen holiday are fully available you will receive an email message confirming your booking straight away. This will be followed by a Confirmation of Booking invoice which will be posted to you. In the event that any aspect of your holiday, such as a flight seat or chosen room type, is unavailable at the time of booking you will be given a reference number and an on-screen indication that your booking has been noted, we will then endeavour to secure all missing aspects of your holiday arrangement and contact you in due course as soon as possible. Should there be any significant changes to your holiday arrangement from that described in our brochure, we will advise you either at booking or as soon as possible thereafter.

Our Sales & Reservations team, based in the UK, are available to discuss your holiday at any stage, whether you need help to choose your next adventure or you know exactly which holiday you’d like to book. They will be able to can answer any questions and quickly run through the booking process for you. In most instances, we’ll be able to confirm your place whilst you’re on the phone leaving you just to look forward to your holiday.

When you call, we will ask you to provide your passport details for holidays including flights or international travel, as well as your travel insurance details if you are not purchasing a policy from us. Don’t worry if you have not got these details with you at the time of booking, as you can let us know at any time before the date your holiday balance payment is due. At this time, you will need to confirm that you had read and accepted our Booking Terms & Conditions. Should there be any significant changes to your holiday arrangement from that described in our brochure, we will advise you either at booking or as soon as possible thereafter.
We do not offer last minute discounts on our holidays as a holiday’s departure date approaches, so please book early to ensure that you get the holiday and travel arrangements you want.
Should you book late, particularly within 6 weeks of departure, we may have to buy in additional flight seats or rooms in order to be able to confirm your booking and this may result in a higher price than advertised on our website and in the brochure.
What Information Will I Receive?
On completion of your booking, either online or by phone, we will send you a Confirmation of Booking invoice along with information about what to expect on your holiday.
We will also ask you to complete a Personal Details Form. Please ensure that your full name and other personal details you provide are exactly as they appear in your passport. Please also confirm any medical conditions, disability or other issues relevant to your participation in the holiday of which we need to be aware.
Approximately two weeks before your holiday we will send you a Travel Note with your flight tickets or rail tickets confirming the timings of your travel arrangements. If you are travelling independently and joining your holiday group in the destination, we will send you final Joining Instructions for your holiday five weeks before departure.
