We welcome all comments about your holidays and we particularly value ideas for future holidays and improvements. We appreciate that this takes time and effort and can assure you we take all feedback very seriously. To get in touch with comments please fill out the enquiry form to send feedback directly to our customer services team.

In the interests of maintaining quality control, you may also be asked to complete a questionnaire at the end of your holiday. We regret that we are unable to personally respond to all questionnaire feedback so if you do require a response to specific comments, please write to us separately or email using the form on this page. You may also be asked to 'rate' your holiday and our service on Feefo.

In order to provide other potential clients with genuine reviews, we use the independent review service Feefo. If you book a holiday with us you will receive a feedback request to rate the service you received when booking, either online or by telephone. When you return from your holiday you will receive a second feedback request to rate the quality of your holiday experience with us.

Feedback shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes and will help other clients make sure they choose the right holiday for them.

Chapters Experience Holidays out-of-hours emergency contact details

In the event of a genuine emergency such as a missed flight or medical emergency outside of office hours and which cannot wait until our offices reopen, please contact our Duty Officer who will endeavour to assist you.

This number should under no circumstances be used for general enquiries, brochure requests or other non-urgent events.

Out-of-hours Duty Officer  07734 331663  (Emergencies only)

If already on holiday, if possible, please contact your tour leader who should be able to resolve most common queries and problems locally.

 

Non Emergency Queries

To contact us when our offices are closed for non-emergency queries, please use the email, telephone answering machine on our Contact Us page.

Alternatively, please contact us during normal business hours.
